Refund & Returns Policy

1. Return window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. The return window starts on the date the carrier marks the order delivered.
2. Eligible items
To qualify for a return, an item must be:
- Unused, in original condition with all tags and packaging intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order reference)
- Free of damage caused after delivery (e.g. wear, accidental damage)
3. Non-returnable items
The following cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (food, fresh flowers)
- Intimate apparel and undergarments (for hygiene reasons)
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Digital goods, gift cards
- Health & personal-care items where the seal is broken
4. How to request a return
- Open My Orders in your account
- Click Request return on the eligible order
- Pick the items you want to return, choose a reason, and submit
- The seller will review and either accept or decline within 3 business days
- If accepted, you'll receive return-shipping instructions
5. Refund method
WDI v1 is Cash on Delivery only. Refunds for COD orders are processed by bank transfer to an account you provide once the seller confirms receipt of the returned item. We aim to credit your bank within 7 business days of return receipt.
6. Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, raise a return request within 48 hours with clear photos. Return shipping is free for verified seller errors.
7. Cancellations
You may cancel an order before it has been shipped (status: "Confirmed" or earlier). Once shipped, cancellations are not possible — initiate a return on delivery instead.
8. Disputes
If you and the seller can't agree, contact support@wdione.com with your order reference. WDI will review and mediate within 7 business days.
