1. Acceptance
By using WDI, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.
2. Account
You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
3. Orders & Payments
Orders are confirmed once payment is received (or COD scheduled). Prices are in AED including 5% VAT.
4. Returns
14 days from delivery. Item must be unused in original packaging. Some items (perishables, intimate apparel) are non-returnable.
5. Sellers
Sellers are independent businesses. WDI facilitates the marketplace but the contract of sale is between buyer and seller.
6. Prohibited
No counterfeit goods, illegal items, hate speech, or harassment. Violation = account ban.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by UAE law, our liability is limited to the order amount.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by UAE law. Disputes go to Dubai courts.
